My stay here, although forced on me, has been an experience I will not forget. The nursing staff were most helpful, considerate and appeared to have empathy with all patients and also almost all were gifted with a sense of humour. The remaining staff catering, cleaners etc were also most helpful. The ward was exceptionally clean, tidy and modern. The food for all meals was above expected standards. Overall - splendid treatment by a very professional staff. Well done.
Calm and staff were super lovely, kind and caring. Provided us with clear information and support. It is incredibly stressful seeing your child in pain and upset. We couldn't have been happier with the care received. The care !
Patients don't get updates on what's happening now and what they are waiting for. Often nurses find prescription change in patients slots without communicating them that treatment needed doing.
Couldn't do enough.
Staff were friendly and kind. We waited a long time (40 mins) but this is to be expected during a busy shift. Her treatment was fully explained to us.
Excellent helpful staff all really very kind. Nothing too much trouble.
All the staff were kind at all times and were very patient. Diane and Ilva were very kind.
Good.
